A Fragmentary Choliambic Song of Hellenistic Age: the so-called ‘Epitaph on Lynceus’ (PStrasb WG 307v = Phoenix (?) fr. 4 Knox [Pack3 1349]). This paper re-evalutes a Hellenistic papyrus fragment that contains the remains of a choliambic poem, the so-called ‘epitaph on Lynceus’. This poem has been almost forgotten by the critics but is a further and important evidence of the revival of the Hipponactean poetry in Hellenistic age.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
